Furniture moves, handled with care

Furniture disassembly, reassembly and relocation

A rushed move can leave fixings mixed up, panels scratched and rebuilt furniture unsteady. We dismantle each item in order, protect it for transport and check the assembly at the destination.

Keep every fixing accounted for.

Careful, item by item

Dismantling without damaging the unit

We take furniture apart in reverse assembly order, keeping the rebuild sequence clear. Complex layouts are photographed before the first panel comes off.

No mystery hardware later.

A tidy handover to the movers

Prepared for the move, ready to rebuild

Grouped parts are easier to load, locate and put back together. We prepare the furniture for transport; vehicle hire and transport are arranged separately unless the quotation says otherwise.

Clear scope before move day.

Grouped by furniture item

Panels are stacked by piece and positioned to reduce shifting and edge knocks in transit.

Fixings kept together

Each labelled hardware bag stays with its matching item rather than joining one mixed box.

Panels protected for loading

Edges and delicate surfaces receive attention before components are staged for the vehicle.

Transport scope: Furniture assembly work covers dismantling, preparation and reassembly. Lorry or van transport is separate unless it is specifically included in your written quotation.

For landlords and property teams

Business relocation support

Office moves and decommissioning

We plan workstation disassembly and reassembly by zone, with the new layout guided by your floor plan. Scheduling can be arranged around business hours to keep some teams working during the move.

One zone at a time.

1. Plan by zone

See the planning detail

Confirm item counts, floor-plan positions and which teams need access during the move.

2. Dismantle

See the dismantling detail

Workstations, storage and lockers are taken apart and their fixings kept with each item.

3. Stage for relocation

See the staging detail

Parts are grouped by area to support the agreed loading and move sequence.

4. Rebuild or decommission

See the close-out detail

At the new premises, furniture is reassembled and checked. Retired items can be dismantled for a landlord handback.

Scope note: We handle furniture work and agreed placement. IT equipment, electrical disconnection and transport need to be arranged with the relevant provider unless confirmed in your quotation.

Make access part of the plan

Planning lifts, routes and loading areas

Good access planning helps avoid delays with oversized panels and shared building facilities. Tell us what each building requires when you request a quote.

Small details save time.

HDB blocks and condominiums may have their own moving-hour and management requirements. Check these with the relevant building office before the appointment.

Before you book

Relocation questions

Share your move date, item list and both site addresses when you ask for a quote. We can then plan the work around access and the number of items.

Start with the move date.

Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture in one booking?

Yes. Share both addresses, the furniture list and your preferred timing so the work can be planned as one relocation booking.

Can furniture be taken apart one day and rebuilt the next?

A split schedule can be discussed. Tell us the proposed dates and how the items will be stored between visits.

What if a fixing goes missing during the move?

Fixings are bagged and labelled by item before handover. If anything is missing or damaged, flag it before reassembly so the next step can be agreed.

Is transport included?

Vehicle hire and transport are separate unless your quotation specifically includes them. We can prepare the furniture for the transport plan you have arranged.
