Cartons are checked against the item list, then grouped near the room where each item will be built.

Sort fittings before assembly
Hardware is organised by item so missing or damaged parts can be identified before the build is under way.

Where practical, large frames are assembled in the room to avoid carrying a fully built wardrobe through tight doorways.

Doors, drawers and moving parts are checked. Packaging is gathered and flattened at the end of the visit.

Tall units need care. A wardrobe that is level and squared is easier to use, and access needs checking before tall frames are brought into the room.
- Frames are levelled before hinged or sliding doors are fitted.
- Drawers, organisers and mirror doors are fitted and tested as part of the agreed item list.
- Ceiling height, corridor width and lift access are useful details for planning tall frames.
Anchoring is discussed first. Wall type and your approval are confirmed before any fixing. If the wall is unsuitable, we will explain the limitation before proceeding.

Yes. List the items that have arrived and identify anything delayed. The quote can be based on the available items, with another visit discussed if the remaining cartons arrive later.
Are wall fixings included for tall units?
Anchoring can be discussed for the job. We confirm wall type and your approval before fixing; if the wall or location is unsuitable, we will explain that before proceeding.
How do you handle flat packs collected from the store?
