Quotes, Scope and Appointments
We prepare each quote from the details you send, such as an item list, product links, photographs and the installation address. A quote states its validity period; if none is stated, please ask us to confirm before booking.
Tell us when the item list or site details change. We may need to revise the price, time estimate or appointment window before confirming the updated scope.
Booking confirmation
Your appointment is confirmed only after we agree the work scope, access details and timing with you. A requested time is not a confirmed slot.
Extra work on site
If we find work outside the agreed scope, we will explain the change and any price adjustment. We will wait for your approval before starting that extra work.
Clear scope prevents surprises.

Payment and timing
Payment, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Changing plans? Contact us as early as you can. Any cancellation or attendance charge, and the notice period that applies, will be stated in the quote or booking confirmation before you confirm.
Payment after completion
Payment is due when the agreed work is complete unless your written quote or booking confirmation sets out another arrangement. The accepted payment method will be confirmed before the appointment.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please contact us promptly to cancel or move an appointment. A late change may affect the schedule; any applicable charge must be disclosed in your booking details.
Team already dispatched
If the team has set out and cannot start because the appointment is cancelled or access is unavailable, any attendance fee will be limited to the amount stated in the confirmed booking.
Scope-related price changes
If the actual item list or required work differs from the information used for the quote, we will explain the adjustment and get your approval before proceeding with the changed scope.
Get changes confirmed in writing.

Wall Fixing, Anchoring and Defective Parts
Wall fixing and tip-over anchoring
We will not drill into a wall or anchor furniture without your approval. You must obtain any landlord or building-management consent required for the work. If a surface appears unsuitable or its construction cannot be confirmed, we will explain the concern and may decline to drill; the condition can be recorded before work continues.
Missing or defective furniture parts
We assemble the furniture and parts supplied for the job. If a part is missing, damaged or defective, we will identify and document the issue, then pause the affected work where needed. Replacement parts must come from the retailer or original supplier; we do not replace defective components. We can discuss a return visit once the required parts are available.
Safety approval comes first.
